So..... I'm trying to make a custom system but I can't get the neighnour part to work.. everything else works alright but the neighbour systems do not show up, I don't know what i'm doing wrong..
this is what I have done for it, any help on what I have done wrong for the neighbour systems would be greatly appreciated

Connect your Steam account to sync your Owned Items, wait on Monday for the sync issue to be fixed and post this in the Stellaris (?) User Mods subforum.
