Preorder on Amazon?

Is it possible for Paradox to make the HoI 4 preorder available on Amazon?

The reason I ask is that as a college student I'm short on cash, more so since I bought Stellaris . I have an Amazon gift card and I would like to buy the Field Marshal edition for the expansion pass, but that's only financially possible if it's on Amazon.

Is there any particular reason it isn't already offered on Amazon, and if not can Paradox please offer it there?

It may be because they haven't sent a physical copy to Amazon for distribution. @podcat said there would be physical copies available, but only in certain markets. As Steam is the primary distribution service across the globe, you might not see the game on Amazon for a while - or at all.

you better not... i have to play stellaris with my roommates version because my the physical version is still not on its way.

Does Amazon not do steam keys with Paradox games? I'm 90% sure I've gotten games from them before that I downloaded through steam.

All copies of HoIV are a Steam key, as you can no longer play (new) Paradox games without Steam.

That's what I thought, so I'm wondering why Amazon doesn't have it on sale at all?
