is it now possible to preorder from your Webshop and get a valid Key for Germany?
Like to support your work, and to make sure i can start on D-Day and bring liberation to the world

Adittionaly, can I start HOI without starting steam after the Installation is done?

I had the same question like u and talked to the Support guys (Thanks paradox for the great support)

On 06.06 (d-day) u will get a key, that key will work in germany.

Why will u start the game without steam?
