Preorder Bonus Question

If you preorder the DDE, do you also get the bonuses from the normal preorder?

Yet I can't find the 3 additional keys to give to friends. I bought the game directly from Paradox, added the key to Steam.

A friend bought it from Steam (Deluxe edition, as well) and got his keys on the Steam inventory. I got nothing.

Ok, thanks. But does it make sense that a person that bought the game from Steam gets the keys immediately?

How and when keys are distributed has to do with limitations in different retailers backend system.
When wizards rule the world it will all be different.
But for now, sleep tight knowing pre-orderers will get to play the Sneak peek regardless.
