Preload?

I've been searching for information regarding this all over, but I haven't found any. With that I'm going to assume that there won't be one, but I might as well ask; is there any chance of a preload? I realize CiM wasn't that big but my internet is terrible and I'd like to be able to play it on release as opposed to going to bed and heading to work at 9am before I even get a chance to have a go. I know someone's gonna call me impatient, but I'll own up to that. I am. This game looks great and I'd like to be able to try it as soon as possible.

Steam usually mentions if they're offering a preload.

I guess you need a serial key to preload? Maybe we will be able to preload earlier than the release hour, if we are provided with the keys in the morning.

Steam says right now "This game will unlock in approximately 3 days and 4 hours". If there would be a preload, they would mention it.

As far as i know paradox titles never get preloads, as they are not high profile AAA titles that tend to cause server issues if everyone downloads at the same time.
