pre-purchase Holy Furry steam = No Pre-Order Bonus

I asked about this earlier in this thread https://forum.paradoxplaza.com/foru...ry-and-its-not-syncing.1123787/#post-24750226 and was told I "You will, or should, get everything in the pre-order bonus list then (13th of November.", but when I synced my steam to my paradox account and checked to see if I had any pre-order forum avatars I saw I had recevied nothing.

Pretty disapointing. Not sure if the super mod AndrewT just told me what he thought will happen and didn't actually know anything concrete, or if it's a glitch of some kind?

I bought Holy Fury on the october 14th and I can prove it if needed.

I just want to know what the hell is happening, maybe a warning on the steam pre-order page saying "you wont receive pre-order forum bonuses" or something would have been nice.

RIP my dreams of flexing on people with my sweet pre-order forum avatar.

I have the same problem here!! I pre-purchased the game on the 12th of November through Paradox Store, a full 24 hours before the pre-order deadline, yet i never received my pre-order icon, avatar or wallpapers. I opened a ticket right away, but the response was i would get everything upon release. Obviously, i did not. I asked again and the only response was they resent me my Steam key . Meanwhile, the purchase does not even appear on my "orders" tab on the Paradox Store.

I am kind of upset really. I pre-purchased on the Paradox Store for the bonus material and to support the service. It seems i should have waited for the game to release and buy it with a discount (already available elsewhere). I am really disappointed with Paradox Store services, as well as the lack of actual support...

I can see you both have Holy Fury icons now, although @Spookz has the plain one whereas @Angelos the pre-order one.

Note that you only get these pre-order bonuses if you bought from our store, not from Steam.

If anyone pre-ordered HF from us and did not get the PO bonuses (avatar, icon, wallpaper) please lodge a ticket at paradox.zendesk.com

I actually have both, but just kept the preorder one up front for lack of space. I indeed purchased on Paradox store. The issue was resolved by the kind assistance of the helpdesk (Christian in particular). Everything is ok now .
