Paypal I think. It's always a guessing game with that payment system.

Paypal gave me an error when trying to verify my cc. Moneybookers never finished payment, it was permanently pending. I ended up buying the game by uploading funds to moneybookers first, so if anyone else is having problems, this is what I would recomend.

Why on earth do you need a paypal account to buy from Gamersgate? Well looks like i won't be using GG then... My email got banned from paypal because apparently some Chinese hacker accessed my account that i created million years ago and it had no money or credit card registered and i won't be bothered to make another email just for it, i don't trust paypal at all. I just don't understand why some services force you to use paypal... why?

Is there a store where i can buy Victoria 2 and all dlc's without paypal or moneybookers and then activate them on Steam? I've never used any of those other digital stores.

EDIT: Well i already went ahead and bought them from Gamestreamer and it looks like you can't activate those keys on Steam, it's not the end of the world but i would've preferred Steam.

I'm trying to buy this game on Paradox Webshop (because they are giving 75% discount on AHD, which I don't have) and everytime my payment is refused. I tried paypal and two different cards. I can't find customer support on webshop page, so, could someone help me. Or if it's a bug on Webshop, could you fix it, Paradox? That would be great, because now it looks like you don't want my money


EDIT: I just noticed GG have -75% on AHD too, so I'll just buy it there...

I clicked "Pay" on the Paypal Page and I was redirected to an error SIT_000002 page on the webshop.

I managed to buy Victoria 2, AHD and HoD without problems yesterday evening (CEST timezone). Only (incredibly minor) downside was that the pricing was just in £, not in €, but that was paypal's problem.

Those who are wondering about purchasing for Steam, it seems that Green Man Gaming also gives a Steam key. Not 100% sure as I got mine from GG, but it mentions that Steam would be required.

And it seems that there's no problems with the activation anymore so I can just go ahead and do it?

edit: not that it matters since it doesn't seem to even show the serial key on the GG page...

how about impulse (aka gamestop)? I bought my games through it and as of today it does not offer Hearth of Darkness. Can I still bought it from someone else and expect to install correctly??
