I wonder how the game is leading and it has not even gone.

Anyone know where to find one for Steam pre-orders? paradox pre-orders?

You typically won't find concrete numbers. However, when I checked yesterday it was still #68 on the Steam Top Sellers list. The first day or two it was hanging around in the Top 25. For context, even at 68 there were only 3 unreleased games higher on the list. FF XV, Verminitide 2 and Far Cry 5. Granted, they're much higher, but I'd consider that a respectable performance.
