No, Look at the pic that the OP posted. The blurb is still advertising the discount, it's just not adding it in on the "amount" section. It's clearly a bug.
I'm simply saying that the discount maybe had an expiration date. I don't know why you find that offensive.
I'll repeat what previous posters have written - Stop being such a tit. The store page still mentions the 10% discount on the Extreme edition, even though it is gone. Either way something is off - they have mistakenly removed the discount, or they have forgotten to remove the mention of the discount. In neither case should the customer be at fault and should receive the 10% discount.
Yes, there is obviously a conflict of information. Maybe there is supposed to be a discount, or maybe that message is supposed to be removed from the deluxe edition.

Bought the game on steam the first day you could pre-order (deluxe edtion as well) and i had no discount. So dunno whats up.
Still waiting for steam support's answer, it might take a few days for them to process it.
That is the edition I also preordered. I want to find out if I like the game before buying any addons.
Irrespective, Steam can't legally advertise a discount and not follow through. It's a bait and switch, it's illegal. This is an error, nothing more. Assuming otherwise to troll you fellow Paradoxians isn't helping.
Steam has temporary discounts all the time. It's very likely the lack of discount right now is some kind of mistake, but it would certainly not be "illegal" for them to remove a pre-order discount as the release date got closer, that's absurd. The fact that it applies to one edition and not the other implies that something weird is going on.

The problem isn't just that the discount is gone, it's that the TEXT OF THAT SPECIFIC EDITION says there is a 10% discount but there is not.

Yes. So they're still advertising the discount. When they remove the text, and all reference to a discount for the DDE goes away, I'll agree with you that it was temporary. But the fact that right now, the discount is advertised, and not included, makes it very clearly an error.

Same here. I was just waiting to get paid in order to preorder and right when I get the money, this happens. Hope it is fixed soon. Otherwise I'll have to preorder on GG.
