the funny thing is that while the discount for the deluxe ED is now missing, it's now showing up on the front page.
they probably had a deal or something...

Maybe if you wanted the discount you just had to not be slow.

Stop being a tit.
I'm simply saying that the discount maybe had an expiration date. I don't know why you find that offensive.
I'll repeat what previous posters have written - Stop being such a tit. The store page still mentions the 10% discount on the Extreme edition, even though it is gone. Either way something is off - they have mistakenly removed the discount, or they have forgotten to remove the mention of the discount. In neither case should the customer be at fault and should receive the 10% discount.
Stop misdirecting your anger at me just for pointing out that possibility.
Really??? Just when I was going to buy the extreme edition?, well its the normal edition for me then, not paying 10 bucks for a 3 tracks and a bunch of images
Yes, there is obviously a conflict of information. Maybe there is supposed to be a discount, or maybe that message is supposed to be removed from the deluxe edition.
Stop misdirecting your anger at me just for pointing out that possibility.
Irrespective, Steam can't legally advertise a discount and not follow through. It's a bait and switch, it's illegal. This is an error, nothing more. Assuming otherwise to troll you fellow Paradoxians isn't helping.
Steam has temporary discounts all the time. It's very likely the lack of discount right now is some kind of mistake, but it would certainly not be "illegal" for them to remove a pre-order discount as the release date got closer, that's absurd. The fact that it applies to one edition and not the other implies that something weird is going on.
Stop accusing me of trolling just because I point out some possibility you don't like.
The problem isn't just that the discount is gone, it's that the TEXT OF THAT SPECIFIC EDITION says there is a 10% discount but there is not.
Yes. I've acknowledged that. It's an obvious conflict of information.
