Pre-ordering EUIV Digital Extreme Edition on Steam - Discount issue!

Until yesterday, I saw that both EUIV and EUIV DEE had a 10% discount in Steam if you own another EU game (which I have: EU3 Chronicles on Steam).

I was planning on buying the DEE today and I see that there is no longer a discount for the DEE, only for the "normal" edition.

Is it a mistake? Will it stay like this? Will the discount come back?

Digital Extreme Edition on Paradox Webshop = 39.99$/€, same price as with the discount and Paradox earns more.

(and funnily the basic edition is at the same Price...)

try the webpage, and make sure youre logged in. heck, try clearing cookies and relogging.

Hmmm, interesting. I just checked my steam page, and It's showing me the same thing. And for the record, all last week, it was showing me the -10%.
It must be a Steam bug. I'd hold on out from pre-ordering till it's fixed, if you want the DDE. Hopedully a Mod will see this thread and let steam know to sort it.

yea, that must be a bug. It makes absolutely no sense to have the 10% discount because you own an EU title limited to the regular version just because its getting closer to release and its not like Paradox announced anything about it either. Id say hold out till it gets fixed

I wrote a ticket to steam a few hours ago, we will see how they respond. Lets hope it is a bug, not intentional, and they fix it.

I canceled my paradox webshop preorder to preorder on Steam the other day.. I'm glad I got that in before this problem!

It´s weird I bought deluxe version with the discount no problem.My price was in euros so it was generally more expensive but the discount was there.:ninja:

Edit: ok correction, if I load the store page of EU4 now deluxe version is without discount...
