Pre-ordered but any keys

I pre-ordered the After Dark DLC yesterday but I didn't receive any key today. Any idea ?

Hi Sakuro, did you pre-order it from our webshop? The keys have already been sent out roughly an hour or 2 ago. Please make sure they did not end up in your spambox or any of the other boxes (for example when you use Gmail's automatic mail sorting).

If this is not the case, submit a ticket to our helpdesk and mention your order reference in it so we can help you further.

Did you enter a ticket at the helpdesk? There are a couple of known cases, and they are working at the backend to get these solved. So if you did not receive your key yet, you should receive it shortly. But just to be safe it won't hurt to create a ticket so we can respond to it directly
