Pre-order date etc will be announced later. We usually start that ~1 month before release. So in that vicinity.

Next Thursday is also a possibility. Stellaris went on pre-order April 14, 25 days before release. The 12th is 25 days before June 6, HOI4s release date. So give or take a few days. If Paradox wants a week for Stellaris to perculate and make a lotta sales, it could be as late as Monday May 16th.
