I pre-ordered the extreme edition from spaceworld, and assumed that I would get the code on 13th. However, I see that people have those Europa Universalis 4 pre-order icons... so they got the code. So, what am I supposed to do?

If you have it showing on Steam, you can see the CD key icon to the right of the EUIV page in your library. It might be there. It was for me, hence the icon you sought in my icons listed.
