I can't seem to find the pre-order in game items. Nor the free one for signup.
Is there a special way to enable items? or are they delayed?

I have all five pre-order items in my game - As well as the Paradox Plaza for linking my account.
These are the ones you should have - All under parks (when you unlocked them)

Paradox plaze sounds familiar. maybe I got that one.
The other I don't have, but maybe I need to unlock them. I'm at 65k pop and unlocked most everything. I think 75k is the last one.

The paradox plaza has nothing to do with the pre-order - it's obtained by linking your game to a paradox account regardless of preorder status.
All of these parks are available as soon as you unlocks parks in the pre-order version. Sounds like, for whatever reason, your copy of the game does not think you pre-ordered.
I hope they will release pre-order bonus content later as dlc. I really would like to have it :/
My bad, it turns out I didn't buy the pre-order paxckage, but the Deluxe package. I tried buying the pre-order package, but paradox puked on my order and gave a weird error. It triggered my credit card as blocked and I couldn't buy anything until I cleared it from the bank in the morning. I jnujst ordered the $40 version, thought it was still a pre-order sale, but was a different package altogether.
What I got was:

Grand central terminal
Were these included in the pre-oder package? If not, do you think these would be more useful as you can only plop one instead of multiple of the same parks.

I have only basic Steam preorder so i'm not sure, but try to check your Cities Skylines DLC list for small set of parks - "Cities Skylines - Preorder Pack"
Hi i don't have too this Pre-order DLC. I have buy in other Shop. When i have activated on steam this game in Monday I don't have pre-order only retrial. What i should made to have this dlc? In email from Cities Skylines i don't have zen garten key.

Those items only shipped with the deluxe version of the game. Not sure how Steam handles upgrading previous games to deluxe edition.

The Zen Garden (not released yet) will be for participating in the campaign (and linking your account I assume, unless we get a DLC key)

In your Steam library, right click Cities: Skylines -> Properties -> DLC. Is the Pre-Order Pack listed and checked?
They're all at the end of the decoration menu. There is a bug with the arrows of that menu, and others apparently, that doesn't allow you to see all the content. I was experiencing this and finally found them, but it's touch and go.
There's a thread on the bug reports about this.
Since i dont have perordered the game, i would be curious to know if there is a alternative way to get thoses items

Given Paradox's earlier titles, I assume they (Colossal Order) will release them as separate DLC soon enough.
that's would be nice to do something, because, without the perorder asset, we cant even use somes players creation.. like that

Not very good tho.... After.. a separate DLC.. i hope its going to be free, or not more than 1euros, because its "only" fews asset. I dont see me paying like 5euros for them ( even if its frustrating to not have thoses asset )

Its a poor do when pirates can download this game and have more content than me who's paid for the deluxe. Surely deluxe should entitle you to these pre-order items?
I'm sorry, was there something somewhere that gave the impression that would be so? Because that is absolutely not the intent. There are pre-order Standard and Deluxe editions, and quite separate post-release Standard and Deluxe editions.
Whether pre-order bonuses might be purchasable later on, I do not know.
Its nothing to do with impressions or intent! It's to do with facts! Pirates can DL 1.07b deluxe which includes pre-order content. I was merely stating this as a fact and that in my opinion people who pay to play and support the software shouldn't be getting less than the thieves!
