when it says EU III complete needed or IN to play HTTT do they mean eu III with all expansions or basic EU ?
cause i don't have IN nor NA and they don't sell it over here anymore but i think i'll really be wanting HTTT

I have a real quick question that I'm afraid I already know the answer to. I've been planning to buy this game since it was announced. I've known for almost that long that it would be digital distribution only. I don't love that method, but I've downloaded games before. It's not an automatic deal-breaker. I just kinda vaguely figured it would be up in a way I'd be willing to buy. Now that release is closing in and the purchase options are more clear, I don't think that is going to be the case.

So my question is this: will I be able to buy it without being tied permanently to a download service? There are actually three extremely simple elements to that in case anyone isn't clear.

1. Can I copy it to some sort of backup medium?
2. Can I install it offline from said backup medium?
3. Can I run generic patches on said installation?

From looking I don't think any of the places it will be sold will meet those three conditions. I'm not looking for a discussion on the subject, just a quick confirmation either way.
