If you ordered from Gametap, you most likely did not receive the bonus Design classics vehicles. Here's the response from Gametap:

Apologies there was a problem with the codes however we are hoping to get them out today you should receive an automated email with the links but when the codes come through I will email you them also.

I preordered from GameTap and ddin't receive the bonus stuff. I sent their customer support an email three days and was beginning to get annoyed for not getting a response. Good to hear they are sorting out the problem.
