Pre-order concerns

I'm just annoyed that Paradox have decided to increase the price of their DLC yet again. I remember when the base game was 30 US and the expansions were 15 each. Now the base game is 40 US and the expansions are supposedly more expensive than 20 US each! This is getting absurd. Also, remember that the last few EUIV expansions have been monumentally shitty.

It's not decided they will be $20 though. We'll make sure that anyone with the Expansion Pass (we really don't want to call it season pass since that implies a set time and we don't want to commit to time frames. We release stuff when we feel it's ready). This was something a lot of people have been requesting, knowing our development model. We decided to try it out.

But the question is those DLC-s(wich comes in Field Marshall edition) will add game mechanics(oil supply,diplomacy..)or they will be just skins,3D-2D models?

The ones in the Field Marshal edition are purely cosmetic.

The only day 1 DLC that is not purely cosmetic is the Polish: United and Ready DLC. And this one we will give for free to everyone buying the game at any time.

Okay, apparently I phrased it badly.

All the extra content (DLC's) that you get in the Colonel and FME are cosmetic.

The stuff that is included in the Expansion Pass (future expansions) are NOT purely cosmetic.

Am I still not making any sense? :/
