Pre-order badge,call to arms, and free CK2 question

I was wondering if I would get a pre-order forum badge if I pre-ordered from Gamersgate and also I heard there is a badge from call to arms and I already received some of the goodies (DLC aside at least). Did I miss the call to arms badge in my email or something? As for the pre-order badge, I know the unlock key is different from forum key so do I still get a pre-order badge if Gamersgate will only be giving unlock keys on release?(like will I count as a person who pre-ordered it or a person who just unlocked the game on release). Also for the free CK2, I got the game from gamersgate and checked my library and my mail and there is no sign of the free CK2, am I missing something or am I getting it on release as well? Sorry for the tons of questions. I am just a bit confused.

Pre-order badge will probably also be given on a Gamersgate pre-order (in the end you will receive a steam key).

The call to arms badge is as far as I know not given out yet.

Free CKII game you will receive a key on august 13th.

Sweet! thanks for that. I am all set then.I was worried I missed the email for the call to arms badge since I already got the bonus and Gamersgate did not display any forum code for the pre-order badge.

Paradox has told us that the free CK2 will be given when EU4 is released.

As for the preorder icon; some were able to get their keys early due to a mistake on Steam's side, but this shouldn't have happened. Don't worry, you will get your key on release and it will "know" that you preordered it. The call to arms badge has not been given out yet either.

If I bought EU4 from GG will CK2 be on GG or Steam? I thought I could buy the Sword of Islam DLC with my blue coins since it is 50% off, but it says the DLC will only work with the GG version of CK2.
