Good day to you!
I want to start a new analitic AAR here. I have not seen Czech AAR yet, also have not read any strategic articles for Czech. So, I'll try to do some.
The main theme that I want to describe is strategy and decision making. Possibly, there will be some historical facts and fotos, but don't kill me if not )
I'll try to be honest in my posts. So, the truth will prevail!
OPTIONS
version: HOI2DD ARM 1.3beta with last AI patch.
scenario: The Road to War (1936)
Normal, because I don't want to estimate every move.
Aggresive, because it makes the game more active.
Monthly autosave allow me to make a pause regularly and in the right moment for changing sliders, spending money for Int and Dyplomacy.
1964 allow me to play till the end, although I've not decided yet when I should finish.
Democracy can start war off. The opposite is cheating, I belive.
Full IC Take Over off. The opposite is cheating, I belive.
Tech-team take over on. This variant is I have to choose, although I think about it as a variant of slight cheating and disbalancing.
NEED YOUR HELP!
Need your advice about "Tech-team take over" option.
Although Czech have good research teams at the start (Skoda team, e.g.) I can't play all the game only with them. I plan to significantly expand the borders of Czechoslovakia and form a strong state. So, I need to improve tech teams that I have or add some new. (e.g., Czech needs naval research team for sure).
On the other hand, the moment when I annex Germany give me all German teams. Plus I'll have tech teams from other countries. It will make me even stronger as pure German in research. Obviously it will disbalance the game.
Also, it will make me hard to find useful tech team scrolling all tech teams from 6-7 (or even more) countries.
So, I need something in the middle. I need the way, that I could upgrade my research when I annex new country without disbalancing the game.
Your suggestions are welcome!

Then I'll try to formulate Czech strategy, short-time and long-time.
