There is much complaining about faults and lacking features in CK in the forum. That is good because that is the only way CK can get better!

But at times the attitude can be a bit negative so I though why not start a thread on the best and most fun attributes and features of CK? So please post what you find best about CK in this thread.

I think the aspect of playing a Count or lesser Duke and bring the dynasty to glory is the best part. Crusading doesn't really appeal to me (yet) but plotting to get that Duke title for your son is fun!

Personally, i like the time period mongol hordes,dynasty stuff and most of all The whole game

From the posts I have written one might think i am negative to the game. But it is quite the opposite. I like it (and play it) so much that in my sleep i am travelling through Europe to marry my girls and boys! That happens when I sleep of course and don't play...

I like the fact that is easy to understand, much easier then EUII, less things to do and control (I do hate to send all the merchants, or to upgrade my provinces when I have 200 of them, or to check my technology in order to win the tech race), but at the same time is deeper (many things you control indirectly); I think it's a lighter experience then EUII, I mean when I start to play to Europa I think "Ok, concentration, you have to do all your best to do better then what they did in history", but when I load CK I just think "Ok, let's have fun!".

What can I say... this game makes me loose sleep as never before! It's the most stable paradox game to date, It's got great athmosphere, and replayability as I've never seen before.

Well of course the mechanics of trait inheritance is interesting only from a purely scientific point of view. As for the AAR - it is most likely only for showing off your writing skills.
