Power Observation

I started a new game today and i noticed something with the power. The day and night budgets were the same and i was using wind turbines and power lines and the energy meter policy option. During the night everyone would be fine with electricity however, the same few lots during the day would start complaining about low electricity every day but those same few lots would be fine during the night with the rest of the city.

I can't give a screenshot as i gave up after my town went in to debt and i started from scratch again.

Wind and solar power varies with weather.

Less power is consumed by cims at night, then during the day.

It's true that certain power plants are susceptible to weather and daylight. If you produce a modest excess of power, it will create a safe buffer for any shortfalls.
