No, but I think the annoucment (about right to change the german version for the english after the english release, given that you informed Paradox about that during this Novemeber, see the announcment on Paradox homnepage)) was because that the negotiation they hoped would be finnished then had failed or been delayed.

I'm usuing windows ME. The first install I did over my existing windows 98 didn't work too well it was always having exception errors and crashing so I wiped the hard drive and reinstalled 98 and straight away installed ME and it works fine now.
