posting scrrenies

I don't find it in the FAQ, so I'll ask: how do I include screenies in my AAR? I know it has to be somewhere on the web, and I have to reference that location, but how do I actually do it? In my current English game, the AI seems to have been infected with my diplomacy disease (as Morpheus might call it ): perhaps a dozen countries have been dipannexed/inherited by countries other than me.

In the AAR thread What's Required for a SCREENSHOT is a reasonably good descriptiom - read it first and then ask questions if any remain
