Egypt and Tunisia I agree with, but there are *much* better ways to spend your infamy in this game. Spending infamy to absorb Greece, Wallachia, Moldavia, and Serbia may make for pretty borders, but it isn't as useful as absorbing more populous regions like Panjab, Java, etc. Also, Persia is a great place to absorb if you are Ottoman.

No, it is not, it is a completely horrible place to absorb unless you're planning on surprising not only the Persians, but also the Armenians and the Baluchi's and some of the Turken, Uzbekis and Pashtuns in the East. I have only kept everyone together through sheer force of will and Ottoman spirit, while the Persians have been revolting every single time; they're my puppets, they're going to remain my puppets, and I will not 'absorb them, because that would not only back-fire, it would bring in un-needed infamy when I can just placate them.
My first game ever (That lasted past 1 year, the time it took me to survive the Texan revolution. But I still have played no other game then.)
First of course, a world map. I wonder if this is ordinary?
Then to follow up, my state. I think it's quite nice actually. Took many many difficult wars to get this far, and I was just knocked out of GP status :/
Here is my political status. I used to be a solely conservative country, now I've gone to the other end.
Personally I tried an ambitious campaign with Spain, re-conquer all the South American territories and re-create the Spanish Colonial Empire. After I conquered Uruguay and a part of Paraguay, it started becoming difficult as I had a big infamy already. I gave up afterwards. Now I am trying to march on a campaign with Sardinia, form Italy and then capture the whole Africa.
I have deleted offending and/or off-topic posts after my warning. People, this is supposed to be a friendly forum. Where folks hang out to enjoy the game and the community. Please don't let it go sour.
My computer must not have loaded it correctly, because now its working without even checking what that link is for, thanks though.
That's the first time I've ever seen Austria take an interest in Africa though.
Page 110 - Is that PDM altered at all? I rather like the 'Khedivate of Egypt' and Vilayet of Yemen names - are thay normal for Ottoman-puppet versions of those nations?

Nationalism in Persia is no different than nationalism in other countries. Easily dealt with. Compared to the rest of the Ottoman's neighbors (the ones that aren't GPs), Persia generally has higher literacy, higher population, and better RGOs. This makes it worth conquering.
It's your game, though, and you are welcome to play it however you want.

God is my witness this is the last time i am doing something of the kind but anyhow.
I remember someone asked why no one did this so i gave it a shot.
The Empire where Sun never Sets is back. True greatness shall never perish.
Among interesting things - Britain and France as secondary powers. With the latest patch it became quite hard to turn colonies into states. By the end of the game Britain didn't manage to turn a single colony into state and this is probably the reason why it is so lousy. France didn't have any at all. It also didn't have any standing army and was constantly overpowered by rebels. I could have easily beaten the living hell out of them but was preoccupied in Americas and simply didn't want to.
Other interesting things include fascist USA, formed (though lousy and bitten) Scandinavia and Persia, divided between Azerbaijan and China.
