It was just Scandinavia, but after they foolishly declared war on me and I destroyed them, they fractured into what you see now.

I do that A LOT too. Not only that but what would be instead of U.S.A, what about WW I, WW II and the Cold War? It's fun while waiting for something to happen.
Same sometimes thats what i base my intire game after. I LOVE what if scenerios. Like what if the USA was German or Norwegian how would the world differ.
EU3 isn't a viable historical simulator, but it is indeed an interesting idea!

The year is 1821, the campaign ends in 1918 (WWM).
It's a shame I didn't like Paradox's games when I first tried the demos. I recently bought HoI 2 as well but haven't tried it yet. Victoria seems interesting as well.
I've learned A LOT in my first EU3 game, mostly due to these forums and the Wiki. (including not picking historical monarchs because you end up with a government that permits slider changes less frequently than the passings of Halley's comet)
I'm thinking of picking Georgia next. Right now I'm going to expand my Asian holdings. I'm Allied with Spain and Prussia. Most of my African holdings were conquered from Hungary.

i think it might be naples, the byzantines purple is abit duller than that.
Doesnt look the same colour as byz... But I doubt naples managed to conquer all that and then just ceded all their original possessions... If you look closely it appears as though Bosnia owns Naples :wacko: its still possible with lots of human interferance though. More likely its a nation added in the WWM that starts in north Africa or Asia minor.
It's Turkey. The Byzantine Empire is dark red in WWM. Turkey can form from the Ottoman Empire when they lose their Balkan provinces.
Whole World Mod. Does what it says. Gives you the whole wolrd, extended timeline. Just look at Hafte's sig.
Nice, looks like it won't be long before you've conquered all Christian nations, so you can start declaring war without stab hits.
