The French Empire 1513; Ad Infinitums instant core on Goa is a broken mission in itself, only took 3 wars to take all of india, so I'm removing the free core so I cant advance as fast next time.

EU3_MAP_FRA_151923_1-1.jpg

Awesome world map. It's a shame you took so much of North America, though, would have been more interesting to have English and Dutch (and perhaps Swedish) colonies there. I once recreated New France with Sweden, went very well and it's still a powerful colonial empire. Same goes for India, but other than that, nicely done. Wish I could pull that off the the Dutch.

Once Sweden forms Scandinavia, which should be in around 50 years depending on who it decides to annex first. It has the norwegan cores necessary for SCA so it just need to take them, annex Denmark and wait. Anywho, I plan to sell them Greenland once SCA's cores appear on it. I'm also donating the southern half of the US to Britain via a secession and culture changing decision once I secure the western coast. Canada, the Lakes and the 13 Colonies will remain mine tho, I dont trust the AI to crush the USA when it pops up.

The Dutch, my precious pet project, have annexed right up from their current position to the Horn without any of the lures I used on Spain and Portugal (giving them colonies in certain regions ) They also have the "Make contact with China mission" which I can't see to get so they'll soon be in possession of Macau and if they arent beaten to it, the Philipines too. My East Indies expansion will stop once I own Java and the Dai Nam pennisula, so the rest is fair game.
They'll release Belgium circa 1700, historically early but no more so than (AI) Britain trying to own Hannover (the regions it owns should you load at a later date) and release it as a vassal to score some prestige as early as 1450.

So the Dutch will have plenty to do, I'm guarenteeing them after all so they have nothing to fear but me.

As for India, she'll start trying to rebel around the same time as the USA, I'll have a choice of releasing her as a vassal, which might trigger another event later on to release her proper, or have to crush 20-30k rebel stacks in every Indian province I own along with mass nationalism for several decades afterwards. Figured I might as well make a complete India, the likes of which Dehli was 1 province from forming until my arrival.

The Swiss Gaurd Numbering 24,000 Men marched into Egypt seizing the Rich coast for the Pope. The use of Rebels got the Syrian provinces plus capital to defect. Then Oman and Ethiopia attacked, seizing parts of Nubia. The Pope then turned his attention to Aragon, seizing Narava and the Belares and Sardinia. Now the Pope has annexed Dauphie, and France *who was formed by Burgundy* has attacked. Bavaria is a loyal Papal ally and France is a hotbed of the Reformation, which must be crushed. 72,000 men are fighting the French. Long live the Pope! Long Live God's Kingdom on Earth!

The Papacy won its war against France in a crushing manner, forcing the collapse of the First French Empire. France is now split between Revolutionary France and the French Empire. The Papacy meanwhile has consolidated its gains and is preparing to over-run the rest of France. Finding Casius Belis is the hardest thing, and Babdboy is becoming increasingly hard to get rid of since Excommunication is no longer allowed due to the Proclamation of the Kingdom of God on Earth. I plan to Invade Iberia next and seize the Northern Coast all the way to Portugal. From there I will wrap around until I surround Iberia *literally* and then divide them up.

The Pope has destroyed the last vestiges of French resistance, and it is now only a matter of "mopping up" borders. The pope plans to, after the consolidation of France, attack the Byzantine Empire and reclaim Anatollia for the true Romans.

Tell you what, you should make your way to India throught Middle East and Persia, IMMIDIATELY. Dunno why, but it would look totally awesome! You know, just like Alexander the Great!... oh wait, he's dead, but who cares?

My Brittany game in 1644, the first game I might actually finish. Brief history: I began as a trading power, had 5 merchant in every CoT in Europe, royal marriaged everything for prestige and legitimacy. I planned on colonizing and got Azores ASAP.
Then France DoWed me(they had all of France and half of Spain at the time). I was left only with my capital and 3 isles I colonized in the meantime. But I had a core on Azores, so I colonized Manhattan, spent next 50 years colonizing the area around it, scrapped up 1000 ducats somewhere and moved my capital there. France collapsed, loads of minors sprang up, I got my old provinces back. A long period of blank colonizing followed. I realized that I stupidly didn't conquered Aztecs and haven't took South American coast, so Castille got there and now I will have to root them out.
I also took a bunch of colonies from Great Britain, but didn't realize there was an event causing stabhits when badboy is high and ended up fighting rebels, repelling DoWs, and burning infamy for 30 years.
Now I have the highest income and biggest navy in the world and I'm currently still burning badboy and continuing colonization.
Plans for near future include colonizing everything there is still left to colonize and kicking Castille out, as soon as I get the badboy off me.

In the world, not much happens. Great Britain and England coexist peacefully on the British Isles. Castilians are angry that I took America from them and regularly unleash their frustration on the poor Ottomans. Vyjan..Vyganj..that ligtly blue/grey Indian nation conquered the whole India and collapsed again for 2 or 3 times by now. Morocco is an Empire, and the master of Africa. Persia is doing well. The Austrians see something interesting in low tax, low manpower provinces of Madagascar and are colonizing it enthusiastically. Yaroslavl got incerdibly lucky in the beginning and formed Russia.

Huron 1604. Normal difficulty, low aggression, no lucky nations, everything else default.
Posting because Great Britain just declared war upon me and thus my nation may not exist much longer :(
(As to why I still exist in the first place: as you can see Portugal is weak in this game, and so far GB has been distracted by European wars.)

EU3_MAP_HUR_1604128_1.png

Didn't realise how ugly my borders were until I took this screen cap. Currently have the second highest income after Castile, which I'd attribute to having the second largest CoT (and my merchants having a monopoly over it). I'm fully westernised and have the same Land tech level as GB, have 65k troops to their 94k. So perhaps I am in with a chance if I can fight a smart defensive war, but I can't help thinking that my emphasis upon Infantry (I only have 7k cavalry vs GBs 51k) may be a severe weakness at the current Land tech 22 with the newly invented Caracole Cavalry.

Continuing my Achaea game, now pretty much finished at 1800 AD. It was an enjoyable game although the end was quite a cakewalk of course, but Very Hard + historical Lucky Nations + playing an OPM does extend the challenge. Last few decades were spent on perfecting my borders and helping out the colonial revolters (USA, Mexico, Peru and La Plata).

Achaea1800.png

The shape of the empire was inspired by Justinian's Renewed Empire as seen below. But of course I couldn't restrain myself and pushed all the way to India  Also, Dauphine and Switzerland are my vassals as buffers against France.

600px-Justinien_527-565.svg.png

Finally, the ordinary world map.

Achaeaworld1800.png

Huge Bohemia went revolutionary in 1785, after which Scandinavia and Smolensk took Latvia/Lithuania/Estonia from them in a biiig war. Greenland has been colonized by Brunswick. Oh and the Ottoman capital is in Sudan and the Persian capital is in Somalia :p :D
