Finally I pulled this out without cheating (if we exclude giving my polish pops 60% literacy, since that is the literacy they're supposed to have apparently. I didn't give that literacy to Ukrainian and Byelorussian posps though). Started as Congress Poland, NNM. On the lower right you can see my loyal ally Transcaucasia, that has been vital in letting me conquer all those Russian lands since Russians attacked them for Georgia twice, with me gaining Minsk and Kiev in the first war and all the PLC cores in the second war. I was assigned Ostpreussen and Silesia when Germany got dismantled after they attempted to recover the cores I got from a previous crisis (they and Belgium wanted to free Ruthenia, me, France, England and USA didn't think so and so I exploited this to gain my cores back). A similar thing has happened when I recovered my cores on Russia, only in that case Germany and the UK helped me while Russia, France and the Netherlands thought it would be nice to have and independent Ruthenia.
Austria was a pushover, as in most games. Too bad I lost this save with the new NNM and beta patch, but the game hadn't much to say anymore, except maybe dismantling KUK just because-
All in all, it was a nice, fun game if we exclude the first 20 years of me farming prestige to be able to form Poland, with the only gain I had was Krakow (Austria attacked them as coded, Russia intervened since it was friendly with Krakow. I forged a conquest CB and Russia helped me conquer them for some reason, I was in their sphere and allied to them. In AHD the alliance with Russia was the fundamental step to take as CP, in HoD an alliance with Russia isn't really a doable thing).
