How about infamy management ? Did you milk great wars to take some many states in Europe ?
I guess that apart from Egypt you did not conquer much uncivs ?

Yes, I think i partook in 5 great wars. Not all lead to conquests though, but I did generally conquer a province every time I had spare infamy. I could likely have gone over limit more though

By the way, did Italy have a fleet?
You could try to take some of their coastal colonies, sinking their navy and dismantle fortifications in Rome, then maybe they will release their colonies as a dominion, making them annexable

What to do next?

So this is my game where I become Emperor of the Islands, the year iss 1923, not sure what to to next.
I did cheat a bit, changed the color to the original red and made it so people actually migrated to some of my colonies. Which didn't really help, because in the end not a single Japanese-man ended up in Korea...

So any suggestions what to do next?

So this is my game where I become Emperor of the Islands, the year iss 1923, not sure what to to next.
I did cheat a bit, changed the color to the original red and made it so people actually migrated to some of my colonies. Which didn't really help, because in the end not a single Japanese-man ended up in Korea...

Those are different shades of red. From the independent Occitania and Norway Since it's also posted in the PDM forum, I'd say that's PDM, where Canada is indeed red.

Conquer EVERYTHING in sight; from north of indochina... 1923 is close enough to the end to justify going total insane with the infamy.
(have many armies as it's possible though)

Do what the Japanese emperor actually wanted: Rule the pacific! Your empire needs naval bases in America, also you need to control the panama canal.

Maybe, I just thought however, if we learn from history its not the easiest place to invade. For that reason I didn't invade China, as it seemed illogical. Not too mention unless you have an advanced railroad network Manchuria is like the wild-west.

Could do that, could do that, but this is not really a game where I paint the map a glorious red.

Makes sense, I already have the Pacific islands though. What I tried in this game is unite the Asian people, well the good ones, Japanese, Koreans, Taiwanese and Okinawans, not the Chinese (not my opinion, just roleplaying). And I feel that taking over the American mainland is pushing it.. no way I could defend that. I could probably take over the channel islands in California and of course Panama (although only for military purposes, as the rest of the world would be embargoed). Sadly, the game doesn't come anywhere near this level of complexion.

Invading China is much harder if you have Manchuria. It is much easier to do a naval landing on the peninsula. Indochina and Siam, however are very easy targets (unless allied with China who has so many troops that they almost always find a way through your soldiers.

Increase the Economic Welfare of your population. Secure control of the main Pacific naval bases. Tip the Global Power-balance in favor of your style of Government.
