Post your Favourite Country

I've seen many threads on the forums with subjects as ''from which eu4 province are you'' or ''favourite leader'' etc but I never saw a favourite country thread so I thought why not make a list?
Just post your top 3 favourite countries (way too many to choose just 1 I think we can all agree on that), Any country from 1444-1821 including formable nations are eligible, so all you have to do is just post your 1-3 favourite countries and I will make an overall list and probably continental ones as well.
Edit: Gonna list ''final countries'', for example Castile-> Spain/Brandenburg->Prussia I list the latter one.

@Wiz I think many of us would be interested of you telling us the favourite countries of the EU4 Developer team

I used to like Mongolia, but they made it simultaneously an easier start with a terrible religion. I still kind of like it.

I used to like Tarascan, but they gutted the entire region with a guaranteed string of 4 15 year regency councils in a row in the early game and called it fun.

Now I probably like starts in India the most on average...or should I say Lithuania so it finally gets nerfed ?

Aragon. It's the country I learn new incarnations of EU on, and I've played it a few times in IV. It's not terribly hard, but it's still more difficult than Castille or Portugal while having many of the same opportunities. And no Spain! After that, Oman and Norway.

Reasons:
Free bulldog (Lithuania), 2 extra's (Mazovia, Moldavia), free punchingbag (Teutons), Novgorod core reclaimation, Livonia co-belligerent one-war vassal, ability to feed Lithuania whatever You want to later 'one click' inherit it, speaking of 'one click' - free westernization after tech 10, easy conquest of Scandinavia (just wait for Sweden to kick Norway enough and dip vassalize it for later reclaim cores, same with Denmark), after Norway is Yours, easy CB on Scottland or UK...
not to mention (well, I am mentioning it), with the random dynasty the PU possibilities are real, add to the fact that France actually LIKES You and You can have them as PU as well, or that Bohemia not always hates You from the start (as of 113) and You have a shot of PU'ing them very fast.
It CAN also be a material for a WC (since Lithuania does half coring for You).

I wish i could enjoy Aragon, but something about their ideas just puts me off

I can appreciate that; they're decent for a trade empire but otherwise unremarkable. What makes it up for me is that they're the best placed Christian country for colonization besides Portugal and Castille but are just vulnerable enough at the start so as to avoid being a cake walk. The new trade nodes have pushed that line a bit, but they still work for me.

It was pretty funny Albania game when I discovered an apparently stealth fix (at least I didn't know about it) to the easy-mode achievement exploit (player boni and ai very easy), while trying to get "Albania or Iberia" and checking for missing requirements over and over and over again
