I took the scenic route to the Kow Tow Achievement.

I thought this might be the first time I actually finished in 1820, but with 250% overextension... Nope, no fun. So I stopped 1808. Close enough.
Kazachs and Perm are my vassals, bulwarks against the European scum. Assam is... well, it's there.

Prester John run. Achieved it just in time and the Ottomans became the history. This game was really weird, as I got into a PU with France and was tempted to integrate them, but the revolution broke out in France and they broke the PU. At the same time I got into a PU with France, I could also contest PLC's succession with Spain but that was a bad decision not to intervene because I was in the succession war for France with Russia and I don't want to fight a two front war despite I was winning (France and another of my best pal, Austria, were busy in Russia and I was afraid that Spain would siege the French land). Otherwise, Ethiopia would lead the PU with both strong nations, France and PLC.

Another bad decision was not to fully annex Kebab earlier. I had a chance to fully annex them but didn't have enough admin point to core their provinces (Constantinople was expensive), so I took them as my vassal, then I realized I couldn't annex them as a vassal either because they really hated me (-378 AE modifier with them), and there was no way this would decay in time, so I had to break the vassalization and waiting for the truce to end.

And it was a very religious game - even Mecca was converted to coptic! I know it could be better, but this is what I could do at the moment. Anyway, it was a fun game! Getting to fully annex Kebab was satisfying enough!

Worth a note: Look at that Tabarestan! Maybe they are attempting the Shahanshah achievement? And those Persia and Khiva broke out from Russia after they were exhausted with the war with me where I attempted to unite the Arabian peninsula, as they held some scattered provinces there and they were such an eyesore.

Where? If you are talking about Kongo, Spain PU'ed them and integrated. If you are talking about PLC, then it was just a plain result of my bad strategy and hesitation. I was in a succession war with Russia, as Russia tried to dispute my claim on the French throne, so France and Austria joined this war against Russia and it was going pretty well with both of them fighting in the Russian land (but the warscore wasn't that high), and then PLC king died without an heir and Spain tried to claim their throne. As a rival of Spain, I could intervene, but I chose not to despite I'm winning another succession war, as I was too afraid that Austria may ditch out and only France would have to fight both Spain and PLC (and I couldn't walk through Kebab's land either as when they lost several provinces to me they wouldn't really want me to die properly. Let alone walking through their land).

And to win the war I need PLC's capital as well, so I declined and the Spanish PU'ed PLC and then integrated them. Had I intervened, my border may have a nicer blob in Europe, or the French army ultimately crushed by the combined force of Spain / PLC

My first completed game, as the teutonic order. I tried to roleplay a knightly order, while keeping pretty borders, so I stayed small and gave most conquered land to vassals(Riga, Livonian Order, Silesia, Polotsk and Theodoro, all except theodoro are catholic theocracies). This kept the game challenging throughout, at first getting rid of Poland, then realising that destroying the PLC allowed the ottomans to take most of Lithuania's old land, as well as swathes of southern Russia. After a few wars near the end I managed to beat them though, during which Venice and Georgia(which I catholicized) jumped the Ottomans, resulting in this:

Here we see a hint of the Ottomans former extent: (this is after I made them give half of Hungary back to Austria, my ally)

Also a little something I found amusing:

Breton Mexico and Louisianna are huge, independent and have formed their respective formables. I like seeing Brittanny do well. Also theocracies abound in Europe and the middle east, since forcing enemies to release nations makes those new nations theocracies when you're a theocracy for some reason.

That looks brilliant, I can imagine it being even better with the ability to play tall next patch, so you can really manipulate your neighbors whilst staying within your borders.

Albania or Iberia, done. This was surprising difficult even after getting going. All the majors France, PLC, Russia and Ottomans blobbed up good and held provinces required for the cheevo. None of them could withstand me once I had conquered the HRE though.

I would clean the borders up and take another big bite out of France and the PLC but I just took 200% off the Ottomans and I can't be bothered fighting rebels. Now for a short rest before Common sense.

This is the state of the world, it's 1808.

I decided to play as the Chinook, because who ever plays in North America? Two problems were that France overran me quickly in California in... 1654ish, so I was forced to consolidate in Oregon and Alaska (where Brittany had a CN, but they only beat me by a few years). Westernization was pretty tame. Eventually, a war broke out between Spain and France where Spain forced French California to give me my land back. That is the small exclave of "South Chinook". The Revolution happened to... the Ottomans? BTW Rev. Ottomans have a gross flag.

ok so i declared war on hungary to get maros (they were at war with france)
that just caused them to make peace with france and ally them o.o

then i declared war on the ottomans (i got the troll province and silistre in a previous war where castille did the iberian wedding forcing them to have a pu over aragon and naples forcing them out of the war :\ )

i think that austria fell pray to the ottomans leaving 3000 infantry men in mountainous provinces

i couldnt even use the plc as poland didnt even form the pu over lithuania

land forces appear to not be working im going to get as many boats as possible next time >

That is a pretty see-through political map. It always bothered me that the terrain map is kinda wasted, because who doesn't play in political map.

What mod is it? Is it ironman compatible?
