I think we can say that for each countries/regions. I think the only thing on which canadian provinces understand each other is on their hate of other provinces
, same thing in the US and in EU as far as I know.
I'm doing a mix-up game in Steppe Wolf (Vsemirna Vlast, not Phoenix... EU3 for me is screwed up where only the MEIOU can start new games, and it can't do that anymore when you install a new mod). I switch countries everytime that its ruler dies. Here's my Tlacopanese empire, where I've succesfully vassalized Mexico. The Europeans will have one heck of a challenge in 1400 years, if the AI doesn't screw it up by annexing the vassals and starting a rebel-mania.

Was finally able to form Bavaria (started out as OPM Bayern-Munchen), after waiting for 140 years or so to inherit Bayern-Straubing. Interesting things are Russia, GB and Spain all having formed, and Naples being on it's way to form Italy. Never seen that happen before so I will be sure to ally them and help them on their way. Or not ally them and just kick Austrias ass, they've been a pain in my neck since the start.

That looks like More Provinces Mod.
Yup, things tend to form much more often on MPM than vanilla, the exception being Bavaria as Austria just get's too power-hungry and Bavarian OPM's start so weak. It's nice to see a Bavaria form!
I dont mind other stuff, but the one thing that hurts my eyes is Poland, it needs to get partitioned and make room for Russia. Russia needs to be bigger.

Likely gonna expand across Iberia and then into the Indian Subcontinent, and then into anatolia eventually linking with my Iberian holdings.
Kanem Bornu and SHirvanagashshlololololo nation are in PUs with me and Sardinia (+ the Corsica I gave them) is my vassal.

Yes, apart from Hannover (I just diploannexed Brunswick along with their lovely cardinal, next up is Meissen), ALL this land is cored, after only 50 years of play. I think my starting bishop had a decent DIP stat and I got early claims. That other province of Thuringia was a boundary dispute in the 1420s. My more recent bishops all sucked, especially in DIP, and I got no more core events, but it's looking good anyway. I have been victorious over early game boss Bavaria and managed to vassalize them, and generally have gathered a nice good old vassal horde. There's no Burgundy threatening my light green key vassal of the northwest, Bohemia is harmless, Austria just got beaten up by Milan, Hungary has only lost one province to them so far and still hold all the rest of their starting territory and Transsilvania and they might annex Bosnia who they are invading right now, it is good for me if they are strong. Only France is scary and they have a PU with BraBu (who were fairly threatening early as they also got early claims and had annexed several of their minor neighbors), but probably won't be able to hold that land anyway should they inherit. There's no significant England but there used to be a nice Cornwall big enough to get Peasant's War... unfortunately that happened to be their demise and they were annexed some years ago.

- apart from England and Portugal, the colonizers are: Genoa, Aragon, France, Two Sicilies and apparently Iceland and Highland Scotland
- formed countries: Swabia (by Württemberg), Manchu (Haixi Jurchens), Malaya (Majapahit), Mughals (Delhi; already collapsed), Two Sicilies (Naples) and Scandinavia (Sweden)
- France was split between Hainaut and Bourbonnais
- Utrecht moved to West Africa

Are you planning on playing until 2100? I've always wanted to do that, only made it to like ~400 AD... I dont want to screw with any countries formation so I always try to put my OPM far away from any action, like I had the modern Republic of the Congo in Dakar as an OPM in my 11 AD - 2100 A.D. game I wanted to go all the way, by the time I quit I colonized nearly the entirety of Africa...
