You could theoretically conquer and vassalise those areas by 1414. But to colonise all of North America and the other areas that are colonised, by you and your vassals... you'd need to be up to at least 1514 and have other players in the game. It is impossible without hacks, mods, or save game editing

Nope. Didn't happen. I once used cheats on a French game to see how fast I could possibly colonise NA and it took almost 100 years to get the whole continent. You've got almost exactly the same, in 15 years. You cheated somehow.
edit: What's the rest of the world look like?
I'm not even sure you can reach Trade 7 by 1414, as Holland I can typically do it by 1418, but as a german state and much earlier? Nah!
Fairly confident I saw Hansa do it by 1410.... but... ugh, it just doesn't work.
and to be able to unite germany that quickly? without annexing them all (using cheats)or something?
