So a little update on my Morocco game. I got in a PU with the Mamluks and it just kept going for years, so I finally decided I had enough and integrated them.

Use imgur! No need for accounts, no intrusive advertising, allows for large images, etc.

Never heard of that site; but since it ain't in need of accounts... Use it! (It goes faster?)
Because it's slow and has horribly intrusive advertising including popunder ads. It also requires an account just like photobucket. It also creates longer links.
It was originally an image hosting site by redditors for redditors back when reddit wasn't as big as it is now, and since then it's kind of become a general purpose super-popular easy to use image hosting service, and still by far the best that I've run across.Never heard of that site; but since it ain't in need of accounts... Use it! (It goes faster?)
To the golden Horde guy: Don't form Mughals man, that's the easy way out! It's possible to be a horde with western units when the unit tech gap becomes too big anyway. And If you form mughals the rest of the game will become a cakewalk
Speaking of hordes: Here's the great RUS- uhh I mean Mongol Khanathe!
I was going for a restored and modern Mongol Empire, and getting revenge on a rather lucky little island.
Islam, Shinto and Confucianism have all been wiped from Asia, Sibir gave me a yearly colonist for the low,low price of 1 ducat per month.
All India, SE Asia was also vassaled
Playing as Hordes is really fun! Especially when 30 Rebel armies pop up in all your non cores!

Slow ? Never had a problem. Ads? Meh. Account? All unpaid account's image's will get deleted everywhere sometime. Longer links? You have to do two clicks to copy a URL.

Sweden apparently, annexed Hesse in the... 1500s? But Sweden lost it a short while after. (If you want to check - just run though from 1400 10 by 10 years.. 1410, 1420, 1430.... 1540, 1550 etc etc.)

You mean the only gold province on Japan?
I did, best opening move since it gives you a stunning 50+ Income from Gold.

Sure, I could build the western units, but I wouldn't have the tech modifiers and that's what would get me killed once the Latin tech nations started hitting Land 18 - and that's not even taking Latin culture rebels into account. If my plan had been to westernize the GH normally my strategy would have been entirely different - secure some rich provinces, but stay relatively compact and seal off my borders with vassals. As it is now, my tech costs are through the roof, and I'm only just now about to hit the slow limit for the Nomad tech group. Also, I need 6 more slider moves to westernize without forming the Mughals, and my timer is up to nearly 23 years per click. That would put me westernizing sometime in the 1630s. By that time, Sweden and Castille will be colonizing me, no matter how big my armies are.
