Hmmm, ram you are fine, not sure about the cpu, and the gpu, is a big question mark, we don't know if the Intel graphics cards will be supported, but they work for cim2, which also uses unity, so it may work, though, also, it is only hd graphics 3000, which doesn't give much hope. I reckon though, if you can run cim2, you can probably run skylines.

It will certainly run fine. But as you grow your city you might have to lower graphics quality. What resolution your monitor is is a factor because the videocard has low memory bandwidth because it uses the very old GDDR3 paired with either 128 or 64 bit bus. You can check which your GPU utilizes with GPU-z.

Just for the record, I know its a fake video, someone made it just for the lolz. What it should be, is a lesson to all, don't be the guy jumping on new tech as soon as it comes out. Im playing BF4 and FC4 just fine on my gtx480, make me see slideshow effect in a game I want to play and if theres a card for a reasonable price at the time. I'll probably jump on it.

The next unreal tournament has my attention, and its probably going to be the game to make me upgrade my vid card.

cpu is good enough, a bit lower than recommended. gpu is better than recommended. Add 4Gb and you will run the game well.

I don´t think GU, GeForce GT 640M LE (Kepler) is good enough for this game in high settings so i bought a new gaming laptop for this game.

My new specs are:
I7-4710HQ, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970M (3GB), 16 GB RAM, only SSD (2).

The videocard is equivalent to the minimum requirement, but thankfully it is DX11
The CPU, while low on the ghz is totally fine. And dont be fooled by the program giving you these specs, you CPU is a quadcore ;P (but each core can simulate another thread)
