I'm very concerned about these specs re: the game engine being very unoptimized. This game has the lowest texture resolutions I've seen since, like, the N64, and appears to have pretty low-poly models. There is no reason it should require anything close to this much video card.

The CPU is still great, but if your video card uses DDR3 instead of DDR5 you might have to play on minimum indeed.
Run GPU-z do know which memory type it uses.

edit: ops, nevermind, apparently all 6670 use gddr5. You will be fine.

Software can be misleading. The DX11 actually is installed on your windows, but there is no mistake your GPU cannot run the necessary DX11 components for the game fully.

Im still rather skeptical about this though... but thats what the minimum requirements state.

Even if you have no clue about hardware, your CPU is a generation ahead of the recommended one...

Mobile parts are usually around 70% the power of their desktop counterparts, but you have (roughly) the second best CPU and GPU available on the market today, the notebook certainly costed a small fortune. You either genuinely don't know about hardware, gaming and the price of things or you want to be the 100th exhibitionist in this thread.

Either way. your notebook will run the game on max settings smoothly with 1 million population.
