Hi everybody, there are a lot of threads popping up of people asking if their computer meets the required specs. I think it would be easier to make this thread a dedicated area where people can get straight answers on their setups. There are a lot of educated people on this forum so I ask that if you know something about computers, please chip in to the discussion.

Specs we need to know:

CPU
GPU (Video Card)
RAM

Example (AMD):

CPU - AMD FX 6300
GPU - AMD RADEON R9 270x
RAM - 8GB

Example (Intel/Nvidia)

CPU - intel I5 4670k
GPU - Nvidia Geforce GTX 970
RAM - 8GB

I think you can't. :/ You'll need a upgrade mate. Your RAM and GPU are shitty, your CPU maybe could support 2k citizen before it lags like hell.

I would like to have a massive city, 1920x1080 at 25fps+ would do. I dont need 144fps and 4k res.

What kind of intel i5 do you have? You might not be able to play without a discrete graphics card (like just a few FPS not even 20)

Possibly. The processor is good and the Iris is pretty good (Any Intel i5 is usually good for gaming) as far as integrated graphics go... it's still terrible though. But as far as I can see cities skylines has very modest graphics requirements so with settings at minimum it should be playable.

Unlikely. RAM is rarely an issue Although we finally have a game here which can use more than 4 GB of RAM

My guesstimation is that you should be fine, albeit on lower graphics quality settings.

Will I be able to run the game? At any quality whatsoever? I'm not going to be buying a new computer anytime soon, so if the game will be unplayable, I won't bother buying it.
