Colors seems too bright/saturated. Rendering looks really strange.
I used Seychelles LUT on this screenshot while the map is on a Temperate theme (I know it's meant for Tropical themes only), while did major adjustments in terms of lighting and sun settings with the use of Relight and Ultimate Eyecandy. No changes were made in the distance render (LOD) other than tree LOD to make it higher, Field-of-view is disabled because it makes the distance so blurry while Film Grain is turned off/disabled.

I received the game via Humble Bundle and made a city. All I'm using is Vanilla with After Dark DLC. No mods.
The first died a miserable death of bad health (It showed polluted water is not that good for drinking...)

After about 24h playing the second city has now about 110k inhabitants and keeps growing.
I guess most of you know the map.

The first dictricts were Briar Rose Park, Myrtle District and King Heights. The city then grew to fill most parts of the east bank of the river before I went to the west side. The oil fields beneath Pleasant Hights, Orchard Prak and Summit Park are all depleted and the oil industry was replaced by forestry (amazing how fast that pollution was removed).
Remaining ground pollution is at 2%. The polluted areas are landfills/incineration plants and the first indutrial district of King Heights.
The original farming distric of Grove Park was replaced by hotels (tourism district).

In the bottom right (not in picture) are an Intertnational Airport and some harbors as well as all water treatment plants. I accidantly drained the river several times (including reversing the stream) because of too many water pumps. That's why I now have lots of water towers north of Empire District. The main train line (along the central highway) has now two tracks. The train traffic was immense and almost collapsed before I made that addition.

Traffic flow is at about 70%, I have 90 bus, 17 metro and 1 train line (that one was sowewhat tricky - the central main station in Primose District doesn't seem to accept lines so I built one line which is now a ring aroung the city. Stations in Barlow Square, Laurel Hills, Briar Rose Hills and Sunset District/Evergreen Park).

With some better planning some parts of the city could work better but it's my first functioning city, crime is low (5%), health is high (83%), unemplyoment could be better (12%), though, and I'm happy how most of it worked out. All unlocked unique buildings (mainly the ones requiring bad managament are still locked) are there somewhere and I launched two rockets.

Save your game, run the city poorly to get those unlocked. Then when you go back to your saved game, they should still be unlocked. You don't have to ruin your city and try to come back from it. They don't even all have to be unlocked in one city. (You still require the prerequisite buildings be in your city to build them though.)

I’ve been putting at least 1 to 2 hours a night after work and getting my class work done hoping to make one of those cities that are a beauty to look at and so far it’s turning out. I give you Picos Canyon.

Hi pals!

After a very long time without having any chances of playing I were able to finnish Greenville, a city which have been stopped in time for many months. It's a city with no polluting industry and as green as posible. First of all, just mention I like playing vanilla, so apart from some DLC the game is as "clean" as possible. Said that:

Some stats and train station/main industrial area traffic (take note that almost never goes down 84% of traffic flow)

And a small video I made, sorry for the lag, my computer barely can stand with a city of this size

I know I maybe have the bad habit of "optimizing" too much, next time I'll try to do it less crowded, even if one thing I love is handling logistic troubles, hehe.

So, I know it's not as good as some other cities around here (we have some pros) but, what do you think?

Two maps of Metro Cebu, Philippines in Cities: Skylines. The first one is a regular map, while the second is the public transport map.
