Am I the only one who hates that blue tint at night? Why couldn't they make the night dark not blue?

Might be trying to simulate the Purkinje Effect. Basically, our eyes become more sensitive to blue light when light levels are low, i.e., when there's a full Moon at night. I'm pretty sure in-game, the bluish tint is correlated to the phases of the Moon and if its visible.

Why I cannot build here a turning lane?
View attachment 1082397

sorry, i downloaded your image to add some boxes and arrows to (try to) explain :)

in the shown state, there are two straight forward lanes "needed" - green arrows, i added - to avoid conflicting traffic, only cars on the left lane are allowed to go straight and to turn left

to get two left turning lanes, you could replace the yellow boxed road segment with a five lane asymmetric ones. it should result in two lanes following the green arrows - one of them should be able to turn left - and one seperate turning lane

to extend the length of the seperate turning lane, you could also replace the blue boxed road segment with a five lane asymmetric ones

to also give traffic joining "Grove Street" via "Highland Street" a seperate line, you could replace the blue boxed road segment with a six lane ones

i also attached two quick examples ...

I see - if the right lane has a left turn it can be a conflict, when the left straight lane goes straight:

THATS why we need the TMPE and a tool that we can build a 3rd lane on the right - I know the improve button need to be improved ;)

You can build a five lane asymmetric road (three lanes in one direction, two lanes in the opposite one). Theoretically, you should then have the left lane for left-turners only, the right lane for straight ahead only and the middle lane for both.

Oops, I just saw you've posted an image of what I mean:

I found a crime scene in my city, and spotted a CIM looking suspicious nearby; Indeed, he had a job as a robber. I followed him home and it said he was sleeping. He's the one in the purply puffer jacket lying on the floor. Doesn't look like a comfortable bed to me! Indeed, I wonder what the other CIM is doing to him (perhaps rifling his pockets?). Or, perhaps hiw wife, who is well educated and has a good job, wouldn't let him in in hte house whilst the kids were home!
