I have lost after the upgrade the "Transport" section of the post office and sorting center

Which platform? The console version now has the postal service under the utilities tab where you also find the power, water and garbage services.

Sounds plausible. The transport menu was already pretty crowded before Airports so it makes sense to move those items somewhere else.
