I can swear that I posted a reply on amphibious landings in HoI4 about 20 hours ago, but it seems to have just vanished and I can't find it in My Contents, can anyone help me?

Last post in that thread is from Friday - seeing no traces at all of another post, not even a removed one. Are you sure you submitted your post, or that your browser didn't time out or lost connection?
Now I can't even find the thread! I remember that the OP was a rant about how AI waste troops on impossible invasions, I pointed out that from the screenshot provided, the AI actually did well by landing next to ports and taking VP on both flanks to sustain the invasion forces.
There might have been profanity in the title, but I don't think mods delete threads for that reason.
Your post probably was a ghost; I thought ghosts only happened in connection with multiple posting, but might well happen with normal posting too. I too had a post disappear a few days ago and it wouldn't really make sense for it having been deleted by mods.
