Still hasn't had the opportunity to buy/play Utopia yet but I do have a question:
Let's as assume that two empire decides they like each other enough to form a federation and let's assume that one is going for Biological ascension and the other for psionic ascension. Now, they both have signed a migration treaty with each other.
Now, what happens when a psionic pop migrates in the bio ascended empire and that empire decides to bio modify the psi ascended pop: Does the pop lose its psionic abilites or keep them (and the new traits it receives by gene-modification)?
What happens when the reverse happens, that is a fully gene-modded pop arriving in a fully ascended psi empire? Do they still have a chance to become psionic?
