Possible trigger: culture or religion?

is it possible to trigger an province-based event by this
province's culture or religion?
I think it would be very usefull.

Last time I checked, the religion trigger didn't work... but it's there. I *think* there is one with culture too, but I'm not so sure...

There is a religion trigger, to my knowledge it works perfectly.

There is to date no trigger based on culture. Sorry (it would be nice, but there are ways of working around it)
