The distance from Mons to Valenciennes seems wrong? It is farther than the distance from Namur to Valenciennes; although Mons is "closer" on the map.

Also, if you send a unit from Brussels to Valenciennes it goes through Namur, not through Mons.

It also seems strange to me that in the demo Antwerp is closer to Liege than Brussels (in real life Antwerp is farther away and to the north of Brussels).

1.It seems to me that the centers (where the units are placed) don't lie in the middle of the province, so that would explain this discrepancy. On the real world map the distance from Mons to Valenciennes is about 30, from Valenciennes to namur it is about 100 km. so the "centers" of the province also don't represent the city they're named after.

2.the distance (on the HoI2 map) from brussels to mons is 44km, from mons to valenciennes 114 which makes 158 km while the distance from brussels to namur is 79 km and from namur to valenciennes 50km which makes 129 km, so this is very logical to me.

Probable bug: you can travel from Stettin to the island of Bornholm and then on to Malmö. However, once in Malmö, you cannot go back to the island.

your not even supposed to be able to move there at all, so this is really kind of early concern...

Hmmm... thousands of provinces, tenthousends of distances between them... I think I can live with the fact that some aren't completely real :D
