The Union of Kalmar is shaky in 1419, especially in Sweden. The ruling monarch is Erik of Pommern, who will be deposed in 1439 after a series of revolts(unsuccesful, but the nobles are not pleased) and sent to Gotland. Norway, Sweden and Denmark are seperate countries who all have elected Erik as king(1397, before he came of age. He gainsed real power in 1412 when queen Margaret died). Finland is part of Sweden, indeed Finland has never really been independent while the Scandinavian countries were seperate nations until 1397. Iceland and Greenland are still considered Norwegian territories, though the norse settlements on Greenland are gone by now. Denmark has dukes of Holstein as vassals. The greatest difference between Sweden and Norway in relation to Denmark is that the norwegian nobility will keep electing Danish kings until 1536 when Norway is absorbed into Denmark as part of the Reformation, while the swedish nobles will grumble all the way to the Bloodbath of Stockhold(1520) and then rebel fully(Vasa revolt 1521).
