No, no, no!
He certainly should not stay away from the forums. He posted what he thought was correct. It has been pointed out to him that he *may* be wrong. He will now go and check more closely. If he is correct then he will post his findings and you may learn something. If he is incorrect then he will learn something.
People do not have the time to check everything they believe is correct before posting especially as they may have no reason to believe that it is incorrect. :)

The thing is though that what our Roman friend posted is so wrong it must have been a joke :)

If it's a vassal of somebody, then it is its own country.

I have to agree with Heyessey here, if its a vassal then it is an independant nation but is paying some sort of tribute to Hannover in this case, the Coup de Tat probably just destroyed the vassalage links.

So much for BiB's opinion. Anyone who actually knows how to conduct a discussion care to shed some light on things?

I'll guess I was sleeping during this Brabant discussion. :D I'll shed some light on this matter.

3 Cheers for Fate, he's rigth on the Brabant matter. Look at this page for some history background on the 1419 situation:

http://www.aegee.tue.nl/brabant/history.html

As a former student of Leuven, I'm doing everything in my power that Brabant is included in EU II. Duke Jan IV of Brabant founded the nice university of Leuven during his reign, so once again 3 Cheers for Fate.

Afterwards (1430) the Duchy of Brabant went to Burgundy due to lack of heirs. But in 1419, you'll still have some time creating heirs.

:D

I really don't know what Hannover has to do with Brabant in 1419.
