Possible leader bugs in 1.03

Hello,

Below are the possible leader errors in 1.03 (I think!).
There are more errors if only one trait is allowed.
I consider all skills at levels 10,20,30,40,50,60,70,80,90 as ok - all other could also be a trait (I do not say this is a bug, but worth checking).

1st an apology - please replace 'bug' with 'error' in the title .
Edit: 2nd apology - when I said skill I meant experience .

I *still* think my list is valid and contains bugs and suspicious data...

If you look at some examples in the list:
