I'm seeing a bug with the who the AI is allowed to move and employ to their court. Spouses and concubines are being moved from me and other dynasty members, and at this point it's getting quite annoying. In the case of concubines it's even breaking the concubine contract. Is HIP/EMF altering any of the code related to this? I'll report it as a vanilla game bug if you're not touching that part, but I need to know first.

This is with the EMF v10.1 beta. I'm playing as a norse reformed merchant republic. I think the moves are only happening to courts within my realm, but I'm not certain about that yet.

For the player the option to invite a spouse or concubine is always disallowed. And besides, the concept of someone else employing the queen or concubine of a ruler is just silly, so I really don't think this is normal. The question is whether this is a bug with EMF or the vanilla game.

Spouses, even queens on one occasion, are being moved and employed in my vassal courts. No spouse or concubine has ever gotten kidnapped by plot or captured in a siege or raid. This is something the player would never be allowed to do, and in my opinion clearly a bug.

Doesn't look like this is getting much attention... I'll try making a by-the-book bug report for this:

version.txt:
[HIP Release 2019-05-30 (Golden1)]
EMF: Extended Mechanics & Flavor (v10.1-BETA - 2019-05-31)

I've made two minor edits to EMF: Naval attrition is set to 0% and matrilineal marriages are enabled for merchant republics. But PLEASE note: Spouses are being moved in normal (non-matrilineal) marriages, and concubine contracts are of course always patrilineal.

I've only installed the EMF module of HIP, none of the other modules.

Other mods installed:
"More Navigable Rivers"
"No Artifact Losing"
"No trade post gold sound"
"Sketchy Cheat Menu"

I've uploaded a save file to the MediaFire server where my character's wife just got moved to one of my vassal's court. The marriage is "normal" patrilineal. No special event or other gameplay mechanic appeared to cause this, it just happened without my intervention. I noticed it because she was my apprentice and a notice for not having one popped up.

The file description starts with "Stein0" in case you have trouble finding the right one.
