I tried a game as Poland and that happened. PU with Lithuania but stilll Kingdom... is that a bug, or a random chance?
Possible bug - is it possible to get the Jagiellon event but NOT elective monarchy?

We have updated our Community Code of Conduct. Please read through the new rules for the forum that are an integral part of Paradox Interactive’s User Agreement.
Did you already have 4 privileges for the nobles? Then the event that gives you the elective monarchy doesn't fire. This is to prevent you from getting a fifth privilege from the event. But it might still be a bug, because usually Poland already has the privilege that the event would give you.
It's an extremely bad band-aid solution. It invalidates all events Poland gets regarding their monarchy. Just get 4 privileges from nobles day one to be immune to noble-caused paralysis of the government, a genius solution.

And, yet again, a problem that was pointed out by the players as soon as the change was announced. Oh well.
Well in its self it was only happening after the last of the Lithuanian line died out so more historical the seijm should come to play later. But indeed way better way to play poland.
