I am fighting a war against Lüneburg and a few other countries (Cologne, Friesland and maybe some other OPMs) and have won the siege of Lüneburg but for some reason I cannot demand the province in a peace deal. This is quite strange because the war goal is to take Lüneburg (which I did). See screenshot below.
