Possibilities on house and title customization?

Hey all, this is my first forum post so I don't really know if this is a good thread or not, so sorry in advance
So, in this photo that I can't link because of spam-filter error from the recent dev diary, I wanted to speculate on what it could mean for customization

Here are a few things I noticed

• The name Dover-Godwin might imply that it's the result of a slight merge of a possible House Dover and House Godwin, what do you guys think?
• The really neat crest has a checker pattern of 2 different crests, those being the red with lions and the blue with the birds, which I think is the crests of House Dover and House Godwin respectively.
• The inkwell and feather next to the name probably imply you can edit the name, nothing too big
• > House of the Godwin Dynasty suggests this house is a cadet branch of the dynasty and house of Godwin

That's all I really had, I hope this isn't too bad of a first forum post, what do you all think?

I'm not sure about the rest but in the DD they actually say that when a cadet house is formed it will often take the form "place formed-parent dynasty" so Dover-Godwin was a cadet branch formed by a Godwin member whose primary title was Dover.
